Inviting Trade Partners

Growing your trade network starts with reaching out to potential partners. Launchpad makes it easy to send professional partnership invitations to travel agents, wholesalers, and tour operators you'd like to work with.

How to invite a trade partner

  • Go to Trade from the main menu

  • Select Partners from the hub menu

  • Click Invite Partner in the top right

  • Enter the partner's details (see below)

  • Customise your invitation message

  • Click Send Invitation

Information to include

Partner details

  • Company Name — the business you're inviting

  • Contact Name — the person who'll receive the invitation

  • Email Address — where to send the invitation (required)

  • Partner Type — select from:

- Travel Agent - Wholesaler - Tour Operator - DMC (Destination Management Company)

Invitation message

Personalise your invitation:

  • Subject Line — customise the email subject

  • Message — add a personal note explaining why you'd like to partner

  • Products to Highlight — optionally showcase specific products

Proposed terms

Set initial terms for discussion:

  • Suggested Commission Rate — your proposed commission percentage

  • Rate Sheet — optionally attach a rate sheet for their review

What happens after you send

  • The partner receives an email with your invitation

  • They can review your business profile and products

  • They click to accept or request more information

  • You're notified when they respond

  • Once accepted, they appear in your Partners list

Tracking your invitations

View all pending invitations:

  • Click the Invitations tab

  • See the status of each invitation:

- Sent — invitation delivered - Opened — partner viewed the invitation - Accepted — partnership confirmed - Declined — partner chose not to proceed

Tips for successful invitations

  • Personalise your message — explain why you think they'd be a good fit

  • Highlight your strengths — mention what makes your products special

  • Be clear about terms — outline commission rates upfront

  • Include your rate sheet — give them something to work with

  • Follow up — if you don't hear back, send a friendly reminder

Resending an invitation

If an invitation hasn't been opened:

  • Click the Invitations tab

  • Find the invitation

  • Click Resend


A warm, personalised invitation is the first step to a successful trade partnership.
