Tips for effective notifications

  • Start broad, then refine — begin with all notifications, then adjust

  • Use digests for volume — if you get many bookings, use daily summaries

  • Set up high-value alerts — never miss important bookings

  • Assign to the right people — ensure notifications reach those who can act

  • Review regularly — adjust settings as your business grows

The right notification settings keep you informed without overwhelming your inbox.
