Surveys in Launchpad give you a structured way to collect feedback from your customers, community, or stakeholders. Whether you're gathering post-experience reviews, consulting on a regional issue, or measuring guest satisfaction, surveys help you make decisions based on real input.

Tips
Keep surveys to 5–7 questions — response rates drop sharply beyond 10 questions.
Send feedback surveys within 24 hours of an experience while memories are fresh.
Use a mix of rating questions (for benchmarking) and open-text questions (for specific insights).
Share aggregated results back to participants — it shows you value their input and builds trust.
