Surveys

Collect customer feedback and community input with surveys in the Engagement Hub.

Written by Hayden Zammit Meaney

Surveys in Launchpad give you a structured way to collect feedback from your customers, community, or stakeholders. Whether you're gathering post-experience reviews, consulting on a regional issue, or measuring guest satisfaction, surveys help you make decisions based on real input.

Accessing surveys

Creating a survey

  1. Click New Survey.

  2. Give your survey a name and optional description visible to respondents.

  3. Add questions — choose from multiple choice, rating scales (1–5 or 1–10), short text, long text, and yes/no formats.

  4. Set whether responses are anonymous or linked to the respondent's details.

  5. Click Save to generate a shareable survey link.

Sharing your survey

  1. From the survey detail page, copy the survey link.

  2. Share it via email, SMS, or social media.

  3. You can also embed the link into a confirmation email for bookings or events.

Reviewing results

  1. Open the survey and go to the Results tab.

  2. See response counts, average ratings, and a breakdown of multiple-choice answers.

  3. Export results to CSV for deeper analysis.

Tips

  • Keep surveys to 5–7 questions — response rates drop sharply beyond 10 questions.

  • Send feedback surveys within 24 hours of an experience while memories are fresh.

  • Use a mix of rating questions (for benchmarking) and open-text questions (for specific insights).

  • Share aggregated results back to participants — it shows you value their input and builds trust.
