Tips
Include a hero image at the top of your proposal — visuals significantly increase conversion rates.
Set a realistic expiry date (typically 14–30 days) to create appropriate urgency without being pressuring.
For group bookings, itemise inclusions clearly — decision-makers often need to justify the cost to colleagues or clients.
Follow up 48 hours after sending if you haven't heard back — a brief, friendly email asking if they have any questions is all that's needed.
