How to use it
Arrive at the SOPs Library: As we just discussed, go to Operations > SOPs Library. Here, you'll see a clear overview of all the Standard Operating Procedures available to your business. Depending on how your library is organised, you might see categories (like 'Guest Services', 'Safety Procedures', 'Tour Operations', 'Maintenance') or just a list of individual SOPs.
Browse or Search: If you're looking for something specific, you can use the search bar, usually located at the top or side of the list. Type in a keyword β for example, "check-in," "cleaning," or "emergency" β and the system will filter the results for you. If you're just browsing, feel free to scroll through the different titles.
Select an SOP to View: Once you spot the SOP you want to read, click on its title or name. This will open up the full document for you.
Read and Understand: The SOP will display all the detailed steps, explanations, and perhaps even images or checklists associated with that particular procedure. Take your time to read through it carefully. The goal is to understand the process fully.
Download or Print (Optional): Many SOPs in the library will have options to either download the document (often as a PDF) or print it. This is very useful if you need a physical copy for a specific workstation or for offline reference. Look for icons that look like a downward arrow (for download) or a printer.
Close or Go Back: Once you're finished viewing, you can close the document (if it opened in a new tab) or use the Back button within the system to return to the main SOPs Library list.
