Accessing this feature

Uploading isn't just one single button on our Launchpad – it's a helpful feature you'll find in many different places where you need to add your own content. You'll typically encounter upload options when you're doing things like:

  • Adding those gorgeous photos to your tour listings in the Experiences section.

  • Updating your business logo via Admin > Upload Logo or your profile picture via Settings > Profile.

  • Including important documents or attachments when managing your Bookings or Resources.

  • Adding images for blog posts, news updates, or marketing materials.

The process usually involves looking for a button that says something like "Choose File", "Browse", or "Upload". Sometimes, you might even see a dotted box where you can drag and drop your file straight in.

  • File Type (Format):

  • For Images: We generally accept common image types like JPG (or JPEG), PNG, and sometimes GIF. If your image is in a less common format (like TIFF or HEIC), it might not be recognised.

  • For Documents: The most common and widely supported document format is PDF. If you’re trying to upload a Word document (.doc, .docx) or an

Tips

  • Ensure your file types are compatible (JPG, PNG, GIF for images; PDF for documents).

  • Check the file size limits specified on the upload page.

  • Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies if problems persist.
