allows you to track participant advancement within programs. This feature helps identify engagement levels and milestone achievements, ensuring programs stay on schedule and participants achieve success, for example, by identifying participants who may need additional support.

Accessing this feature

To access the Program Completion Tracking feature, navigate through the Tourism Accelerator Launchpad platform using the following path: From your main dashboard, select Programs > [Select Your Program] > Completion Tracking .

How to use it

Program Completion Tracking is designed for intuitive monitoring and management of participant progress. Follow these steps to effectively use this functionality:

  1. Select a Program: Upon accessing the Completion Tracking interface, you will be presented with a dropdown or list of all active programs within your organisation. Select the specific program you wish to monitor to load its participant data.

  2. View Participant Overview: The main screen displays a comprehensive list of all participants enrolled in the selected program. For each participant, you will see key metrics such as their name, unique identifier, overall progress percentage, last activity date, and current status (e.g., In Progress, Completed, At Risk).

  3. Filter and Sort Data: Use the filtering and sorting options to refine your view. You can filter participants by status, completion percentage range, enrolment date, or specific module progress. Sorting allows you to arrange data by name, progress, or last activity, enabling quick identification of relevant groups or individuals.

  4. Drill Down into Individual Progress: Click on any participant's name to view a detailed breakdown of their journey. This individual view provides granular information, including:

  • Module/Section Completion: A list of all program modules or sections, indicating which ones have been completed, are in progress, or are yet to start.

  • Task/Activity Status: For each module, you can see the status of individual tasks, quizzes, assignments, or learning activities.

  • Performance Data: Access scores for assessments, submission dates for assignments, and time spent on specific learning resources.

  1. Update Participant Status (Administrator Functionality): For administrators, the system allows for manual updates to a participant's status or marking specific modules/tasks as complete. This is particularly useful for offline activities or when overriding automated tracking for specific scenarios. Ensure all manual adjustments are documented where necessary.

  2. Generate Progress Reports: The platform enables the generation of various progress reports. Select your desired parameters (e.g., date range, participant group, specific modules) to create detailed reports that can be exported in common formats (e.g., CSV, PDF). These reports are valuable for internal reviews, stakeholder updates, and external reporting requirements.

  3. Communicate with Participants: Based on tracking data, you can initiate targeted communication. For participants falling behind, send automated or manual reminders. For those excelling, provide encouragement or assign advanced resources. The system may offer direct messaging or integration with communication tools to facilitate this.

  4. Monitor Program Milestones: Define and track key program milestones within the system. The Completion Tracking feature will display participant progress against these defined milestones, offering a clear visual representation of overall program pace and adherence to strategic objectives.

Tips

  • Regularly review program progress to identify potential issues early.

  • Use filters and sorting to focus on specific groups of participants.

  • Generate reports to share progress with stakeholders.

  • Use communication tools to provide personalised support and encouragement to participants.
