let you manage and update multiple contact records at once. This feature saves tourism operators time by allowing them to apply actions, such as adding tags or updating statuses, to a group of contacts in a single operation, improving data consistency.

Accessing this feature

To access the Contact Bulk Actions feature:

  1. Go to the Contacts section from your main dashboard.

  2. Use the checkboxes to select individual contacts you wish to include in the bulk action, or use the 'Select All' option if available.

  3. Once contacts are selected, an 'Actions' or 'Bulk Actions' button will become visible, typically located at the top or bottom of the contact list.

How to use it

Performing a bulk contact action involves a structured process to ensure accuracy and efficiency:

  1. Go to Contacts: From your dashboard, click on Contacts.

  2. Filter and Search (Optional but Recommended): To refine your selection, use the available filters (e.g., by tag, status, custom field) and the search bar to locate specific groups of contacts. This ensures you are targeting the correct audience for your bulk action.

  3. Select Contacts:

  • Individual Selection: Click the checkbox next to each contact you wish to include.

  • Page Selection: Select the checkbox in the table header to select all contacts displayed on the current page.

  • All Filtered Selection: If you have applied filters, an option to "Select all X contacts" (where X is the total number of contacts matching your filter criteria) may appear. Use this

Tips

  • Always double-check your contact selection before performing a bulk action to avoid unintended changes.

  • Use filters to segment your contacts and target your bulk actions more effectively.

  • Consider the impact of your bulk action on automated workflows or communications that may be triggered by the changes.
