allows you to control how your organisation receives booking alerts. You can specify which booking events trigger notifications, how they are delivered, and who receives them, ensuring your team responds quickly to booking changes and guest needs.

Accessing this feature

Select Notifications from the left-hand menu.

Click on Booking Notifications to access the specific configuration options.

How to use it

The Booking Notification Settings interface allows for granular control over various aspects of your booking alerts. Follow these steps to customise your notification preferences:

  1. Enable/Disable Notifications: Locate the master toggle switch, typically labelled "Enable Booking Notifications" at the top of the page. Toggle it On to activate all configured notifications, or Off to temporarily suspend them. This serves as an overarching control for all booking-related alerts.

  2. Select Notification Types: Scroll through the list of available event types. These commonly include:

  • New Booking Created: Alerts for every successfully confirmed booking.

  • Booking Modified: Notifications

Tips

  • Regularly review your notification settings to ensure they align with your operational needs.

  • Consider setting up different notification rules for different types of bookings or events.
