Task due dates help you track, prioritise, and complete tasks on time. This allows you to efficiently schedule guest experiences and coordinate staff, for example, to prepare for a busy holiday weekend and avoid missed opportunities.
Accessing this feature
Go to Tasks > Due Date Management
How to use it
Locate and select a task:
Go to your desired project or task list.
Identify the task where you want to assign or change a deadline.
Click the task name or the Edit icon to open its details.
Assign an initial deadline:
In the task details, find the Due Date field.
Click this field to open the calendar.
Select the completion date.
Confirm your selection to apply the date.
Modify an existing deadline:
If a deadline needs changing, open the task details as described in step one.
Click the current deadline.
Select a new date from the calendar.
Ensure the change is saved by clicking Save.
View tasks by deadline:
To see upcoming deadlines, go to the Due Date Management interface.
This section offers different views, such as a calendar, timeline, or sortable list.
Use these views to see tasks by their completion dates.
Filter and sort tasks:
The Due Date Management interface lets you filter and sort.
Filter to show tasks that are Overdue, Due Today, Due This Week, or within custom date ranges.
Sort tasks by Earliest Due Date or Latest Due Date to prioritise.
Remove a deadline:
If a task no longer needs a deadline, open the task details.
Find the Due Date field and select Clear Date or Remove Due Date.
Click Save to remove the deadline.
