AI Chat History

AI Chat History lets you organise, review, and retrieve past conversations with the AI assistant. This allows you to quickly access previous discussions to inform future AI prompts, saving time when planning guest itineraries or writing marketing copy.

Accessing this feature

Go to AI Tools > AI Chat . Your conversation history is displayed in a dedicated panel, usually on the left-hand side of the AI Chat interface. This panel lists all your previous conversations, ordered by most recent activity.

How to use it

Viewing Conversations:

  1. To review a past conversation, click its title in the history panel.

  2. The entire conversation thread loads into the main chat window.

Continuing Conversations:

  1. Once a conversation is loaded, input new prompts into the chat box to extend the conversation.

  2. The AI recognizes the preceding messages in that specific thread, providing responses consistent with the established context.

Renaming Conversations:

  1. To improve clarity and organisation, hover your cursor over a conversation title in the history panel.

  2. An Edit icon (often represented by a pencil) appears.

  3. Click this icon, type a new, descriptive name for the conversation, and then press Enter or click outside the text field to Save.

Deleting Conversations:

  1. To remove conversations that are no longer relevant, outdated, or contain sensitive information, hover over the conversation title in the history panel.

  2. A Delete icon (typically a trash can) appears.

  3. Click this icon and confirm your decision when prompted.

  4. Deleted conversations cannot be recovered.

Searching and Filtering:

  1. You can locate specific conversations using the search bar at the top of the history panel.

  2. Enter keywords, phrases, or parts of a conversation title.

  3. The system filters the list in real-time, displaying only conversations that contain the entered terms within their title or content.

Pinning Important Conversations:

  1. For conversations you access frequently or deem critical, you can 'pin' them to the top of your history list.

  2. Look for a Pin icon (often a thumbtack) when hovering over a conversation title.

Tips

  • Use descriptive names for your conversations to easily find them later.

  • Pin important conversations for quick access.

  • Regularly delete outdated or irrelevant conversations to keep your history organised.
