The Altitude Score History graph tracks your altitude scores over time. Tourism operators can use this to identify trends, such as the impact of a recent marketing campaign on bookings, and make informed decisions.

Accessing this feature

Go to Altitude Score.

How to use it

Select Your Date Range

  1. Upon entering the Score History interface, you will observe a default view displaying your scores over a recent period.

  2. To adjust this, locate the date range selector.

  3. Click on it to open a calendar or predefined range options (e.g., 'Last 30 Days', 'Last 90 Days', 'This Quarter', 'Custom Range').

  4. Select your desired timeframe to update the displayed data.

Analyse the Performance Graph

The central component of this feature is a line graph illustrating your score's progression. Note the peaks and troughs to identify periods of growth, decline, or stability. The horizontal axis represents time, and the vertical axis represents your score.

Inspect Individual Data Points

Hover your cursor over any point on the line graph to reveal a tooltip. This tooltip will display the exact score for that specific date or period, along with any associated details such as the date of the score recording. This allows for precise examination of performance at a detailed level.

Compare Timeframes

If the feature supports it, use any comparison functionality to overlay different date ranges on the same graph. This can highlight how current performance compares to previous periods, offering valuable context for performance analysis.

Filter by Specific Metrics (if applicable)

Should your organisation track multiple score components, look for filtering options that allow you to isolate and view the history of individual metrics. This helps in understanding which specific areas contribute most to overall score fluctuations.

Export Your Data

For further analysis or reporting outside the platform, locate the Export button, often found near the date range selector. Clicking this exports the data.

Tips

  • Regularly review your score history to identify areas for improvement.

  • Compare different timeframes to understand the impact of your actions.

  • Filter by specific metrics to identify the drivers of your overall score.

  • Export your data for further analysis and reporting.
