Viewing Weekly Bookings
The weekly view provides a broader perspective of your bookings, making it ideal for planning staffing, resources, and marketing efforts across the coming days.
Accessing the Weekly View
Navigate to Calendar from your main menu
Click the Week tab at the top of the calendar
The current week will display by default
Understanding the Weekly Layout
Your weekly view shows:
Seven columns representing each day of the week (Monday to Sunday)
Date headers at the top of each column
Booking summaries displayed as compact cards within each day
Total bookings count for each day shown in the column header
Colour-coded status to identify booking states quickly
Navigating Between Weeks
Move through your calendar using:
Left arrow to view the previous week
Right arrow to view the next week
Today button to return to the current week
Date picker to jump to any specific week
