Viewing Daily Bookings
The daily view gives you a detailed look at all bookings scheduled for a specific day. This is perfect for managing busy periods and ensuring you're prepared for each guest.
Accessing the Daily View
Navigate to Calendar from your main menu
Click the Day tab at the top of the calendar
Use the date picker or arrow buttons to select your desired date
Understanding the Daily Layout
Your daily view displays bookings in chronological order, showing:
Time slots running down the left side of the screen
Booking cards positioned at their scheduled times
Guest names and experience types clearly visible
Booking status indicated by colour coding
Guest count showing how many people are included in each booking
Navigating Between Days
You have several options for moving between dates:
Click the left arrow to go to the previous day
Click the right arrow to go to the next day
Click Today to jump back to the current date
Use the date picker to select any specific date
Viewing Booking Details
To see full details for any booking:
Click on the booking card in the daily view
A details panel will open showing:
- Guest contact information - Experience or tour details - Payment status and amount - Any special requests or notes - Booking history and modifications
