  • You'll see a list of all assignments included

  • Each entry shows the operator, hours, rate, and amount

  • Subtotals are provided for each operator if you work with multiple

Understanding Your Pay Rates

Your earnings are calculated based on:

  • Base hourly rate — Your standard rate for regular hours

  • Overtime rates — Higher rates for hours beyond the standard (if applicable)

  • Special rates — Weekend, public holiday, or after-hours premiums (varies by operator)

Check your contractor agreement or profile for your specific rates.

Tracking Pending Payments

To see what payments are coming:

  • Navigate to your earnings dashboard

  • Look for the Upcoming Payments section

  • You'll see estimated payment dates and amounts

Note that payment timing depends on:

  • The operator's pay schedule

  • When your timesheet was approved

  • Your payment method processing time

Filtering Your Earnings

You can filter your earnings view to find specific information:

  • By date range — View earnings for specific periods

  • By operator — See earnings from a particular tourism business

  • By status — Filter by pending, approved, or paid

Use these filters to quickly find the information you need.

Downloading Earnings Statements

Need a record of your earnings for tax or personal records?

  • Go to your earnings dashboard

  • Select the period you want to download

  • Click Download Statement or the download icon

  • Choose your format (PDF is recommended for records)

Keep these statements for your tax records and personal accounting.

Earnings vs. Payments

It's helpful to understand the difference:

  • Earnings — The amount you've earned based on approved hours

  • Payments — The actual money transferred to your account

There's typically a short delay between approval and payment, depending on the operator's pay cycle.

Reconciling Your Earnings

To ensure you're being paid correctly:

  • Compare your logged hours with approved hours

  • Check that rates match your agreement

  • Verify payment amounts match approved earnings

  • Contact the operator if you notice discrepancies

Reviewing your earnings regularly helps catch any issues early.

Tax Considerations

As a contractor, you're responsible for your own tax obligations:

  • Keep records of all earnings statements

  • Track expenses related to your contract work

  • Consider setting aside a portion of earnings for tax

  • Consult with a tax professional for advice specific to your situation

The earnings data in your portal can help you prepare your tax documentation.
