Quick Checklist
Before diving into specific solutions, try these quick fixes:
Check your internet connection – Ensure you have a stable connection
Verify the website address – Make sure you're on the correct Tourism Accelerator login page
Check Caps Lock – Passwords are case-sensitive
Try a different browser – Sometimes browser issues can prevent login
"Invalid Email or Password" Error
This is the most common login issue. Here's how to resolve it:
Step 1: Verify Your Email Address
Double-check for typos in your email address
Ensure you're using the email address registered with your account
Remember that email addresses are case-insensitive, but check for extra spaces
Step 2: Reset Your Password
If you're unsure about your password:
Click Forgot Password on the login page
Enter your registered email address
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link
Create a new password following the security requirements
Step 3: Check for Multiple Accounts
If you've used different email addresses in the past, you might be trying to log into the wrong account. Try any other email addresses you may have used when signing up.
Account Locked Out
For security, accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts.
What to do:
Wait 15-30 minutes before trying again
Use the password reset option to create a new password
If you're still locked out, contact our support team
"Account Not Found" Error

Confirm you've completed the registration process
Check if your account was created under a different email
Contact support if you believe your account should exist
Browser-Related Issues
Sometimes your browser can cause login problems:

Close and reopen your browser
Try logging in again
Disable Browser Extensions
Some extensions (particularly ad blockers or privacy tools) can interfere with login:
