Viewing Weekly Bookings

The weekly view provides a broader perspective of your bookings, making it ideal for planning staffing, resources, and marketing efforts across the coming days.

Accessing the Weekly View

  • Navigate to Calendar from your main menu

  • Click the Week tab at the top of the calendar

  • The current week will display by default

Understanding the Weekly Layout

Your weekly view shows:

  • Seven columns representing each day of the week (Monday to Sunday)

  • Date headers at the top of each column

  • Booking summaries displayed as compact cards within each day

  • Total bookings count for each day shown in the column header

  • Colour-coded status to identify booking states quickly

Navigating Between Weeks

Move through your calendar using:

  • Left arrow to view the previous week

  • Right arrow to view the next week

  • Today button to return to the current week

  • Date picker to jump to any specific week

The weekly view helps you identify:
