Checking Your Browser Version
Google Chrome
Click the three dots menu (top right)
Go to Help > About Google Chrome
Your version number will be displayed
Mozilla Firefox

Go to Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge

Click Safari in the menu bar

Updating Your Browser
Keeping your browser updated ensures security and compatibility.
Chrome
Click the three dots menu
Go to Help > About Google Chrome
Chrome will automatically check for updates
Click "Relaunch" when prompted
Firefox
Click the menu button
Go to Help > About Firefox
Firefox will check for and apply updates
Restart when prompted
Edge
Click the three dots menu
Go to Help and feedback > About Microsoft Edge
Edge will update automatically
Restart to apply updates
Safari
Safari updates with macOS:
Click Apple menu > System Preferences
Click Software Update
Install any available updates
Common Browser Issues
Features Not Working
If buttons don't respond or features aren't loading:
Enable JavaScript:
- JavaScript is required for Tourism Accelerator - It's enabled by default in all modern browsers - Check browser settings if it's been disabled
Disable conflicting extensions:
- Some extensions can interfere with website functionality - Try disabling extensions temporarily - Test in incognito/private mode (extensions are usually disabled)
Clear browser data:
- Old cached files can cause issues - Clear cache and cookies - Refresh the page
Display Issues
If the page doesn't look right:
Check zoom level:
- Press Ctrl+0 (Windows) or Cmd+0 (Mac) to reset zoom - Zoom should be at 100%
Enable cookies:
- Some features require cookies - Check your browser's cookie settings
Disable reader mode:
- Reader mode strips out interactive elements - Turn it off for Tourism Accelerator
Printing Problems
If pages don't print correctly:
Use the in-app print or export function when available
Try printing from Chrome for best results
Check print preview before printing
Adjust print settings (scale, margins)

Select "Allow all cookies" or add an exception for Tourism Accelerator

Under Cookies and Site Data, ensure blocking isn't too strict

Ensure "Prevent cross-site tracking" doesn't block required cookies
Enable JavaScript
JavaScript should be enabled by default, but if it's been turned off:

iPhone/iPad (Safari)
Use Safari for best results on iOS
Keep iOS updated for latest Safari improvements
Enable JavaScript in Settings > Safari
Android
Chrome works best on Android

If the issue resolves in private mode, the problem is likely:

Keyboard navigation: Full functionality via keyboard
High contrast: Respects system high contrast settings
