Data sync issues are usually caused by a brief delay, a connection interruption, or a configuration mismatch. Most resolve themselves — or can be resolved — within a few minutes.
My ATDW listing is not showing in Launchpad
Go to Tourism Products and check that your ATDW listing has been linked. See Connect your ATDW listing for the setup steps.
ATDW listings sync periodically. After linking, allow up to 30 minutes for the data to appear.
If it's been more than an hour, go to Settings > Integrations and click Resync ATDW.
My calendar events are not appearing
Check that your calendar integration is still connected in Settings > Integrations.
If the integration shows a warning or error, disconnect and reconnect it — calendar tokens expire and need periodic renewal.
Google Calendar sync can take up to 15 minutes after a new event is created.
CRM data seems incorrect or outdated
Refresh the page — some views are cached and a refresh will load the latest data.
Check if a sync is in progress by looking for a loading indicator in the CRM header.
If a client or contact record is missing, check CRM > Duplicates — the record may have been merged or archived.
I imported a file but the data isn't appearing
Go to the import section of the relevant feature (e.g., CRM > Contacts > Import).
Check the import history for errors — Launchpad shows a row-by-row breakdown of what succeeded and what failed.
Common import errors: incorrect column headers, extra spaces in fields, or phone numbers with incorrect formatting. Correct these in your file and re-import.
Still stuck?
If data has genuinely disappeared or is consistently incorrect, contact support at [email protected]. Include the date the issue started, which feature it affects, and any error messages or screenshots.
